Dangote Petroleum Refinery IPO: subscribe through Reach

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals is opening to public investors: 4.1 billion shares at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of ₦100,000. Eligible Reach investors can subscribe through the app during the offer window, with no separate CSCS account required.

About the offering

Dangote Petroleum Refinery is one of the largest industrial projects in African history, with capacity to process 650,000 barrels per day. It is now opening to public investors.

The offering comprises 4.1 billion shares at ₦525 per share, representing approximately ₦2.15 trillion if fully subscribed, with a minimum subscription of ₦100,000. The subscription window is scheduled to run from 14 September to 14 October 2026; the issuer may extend or amend the window.

Offerings of this scale do not come around often. This one gives a broader base of investors, at home and in the diaspora, the opportunity to participate in the ownership of one of Nigeria's most significant industrial businesses.
